February ’18 – SAH get underway at KGX1 with the first phase of works
February ’18 – SAH start works on the Ascott Hotel area of Audley Square House
January ’18 – SAH renew their BCSA membership
January ’18 – CHAS application is renewed without any remedial actions needed.
December ’17 – Works start at Jubilee House, Stanmore. Walers are tied to piling ready for prop installation
November ’17 – SAH start works at Audley Square House. Initial works are to the car park area, with jacked propping to existing buildings at two different levels.
November ’17 – Temporary works start at Devonshire Row. These consist of a multi-level façade retention to Zone 1 with single level retentions to Zone 2 & 3.
November ’17 – SAH win a package for enabling works at KGX1. The package contains several elements of works – Crash Deck support steelwork, Column Strengthening, Fabricated Transfer Beams and Lift & Escalator Pit steelworks.
September ’17 – Works complete at 90 Fetter Lane
June ’17 – SAH win a £1.3m contact, working with Keltbray from tender stage at Devonshire Row, Bishopsgate. Works will consist of a new frame transforming three existing buildings into one complete unit. Works will take place over an 18 month period.
